Virtual at-home sessions available via Zoom, FaceTime, or Google Meet rates, days & times, policies and procedures
What to expect?
Your session will address all five (5) positions/directions of spinal shapes/movement: flexion, extension, lateral flexion, rotation, & neutral
Your session will emphasize the stability and mobility of shoulder, ribs, and pelvis in relationship to the five spinal shapes/movements
Your session will employ the strengthening and lengthening of all the muscles in charge of your spinal shapes/movements; and stability & mobility of your shoulders, ribs, and pelvis
Your session will include both codified, long-standing exercises from the Pilates methodology and exercises devised from the methodology's anatomical building blocks.
