I currently serve the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission in the Planning Department as a Planner III in the Development Review Division.
From 2020-2025 I served as the Principal Planner for the City of Jamestown, NY since September 2020.
I served as a project associate from 2019-2020 interning at the Urban Land Institute (ULI). My responsibilities were to conduct research, generate content, and provide administrative support for a featured report, "Legacy Cities: From Rust to Revitalization". Publication, 2022.

In my previous professional space of the New York City professional dance community, I have have been an employee of or consultant to Hedwig Dances, Jeffry Denman's Denman Theatre & Dance Company, Danielle Russo's Danielle Russo Performance Project, and the Dance Days of Buffalo festival providing administrative services.

I debuted as a professional choreographer presenting a piece as part of the 92nd St. Y's Fridays @ Noon program in 1996. From 1997-2009 I served as choreographer and director for ellen stokes shadle/DanceWorks based in New York City.

From 2002-16, I served as producer/presenter/curator of Jump on the DanceWagon.
​
I enjoyed an extended relationship with Greenwich Academy in Greenwich, CT from 2004 until 2013 under the departmental direction of Marcia Brooks serving as artist-in-residence, guest choreographer, and visiting instructor.

I am a fully certified Pilates instructor and teacher-trainer in the Stott and Pilates Academy International systems. I have completed Modules I & IV of Westside Dance Physical Therapy's Dance Medicine Practicum. A complete list of organizational affiliations is available here.
I hold a and a master's in Urban and Regional Planning from Georgetown University: "Place Identity as Driver of Neighborhood Planning: An Exploration of Hamlin Park in Buffalo, New York"; and a B.A . in Music from William Smith College, and a master's in Arts Management from the University at Buffalo: "100 Years of the American Modern Dance Company: The Institutionalization of Modern Dance in the United States as Presented in the Single-Choreographer and Repertory Artistic Models"
